Ingredients:

3 to 4 medium or large bananas (ripe)
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of margarine (45 g)
2 cups of sugar (360 g)
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
1 pinch of salt
2 1/2 cups of unbleached wheat flour (350 g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)
1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon (5 g)
1 tablespoon of sugar (15 g)

The cups in the video are 240 ml each.
