🔧 Another Fantastic Fridays Finds | Tent Stove, Trailer Jack & Tools You Need! 🛠️⛺

Good afternoon and welcome to Dude RV. Hey I appreciate you stopping by. Are you gonna say it with me? You got here just in time. That's right just in time because it's Friday and it's time for another fun and exciting edition of Friday's Finds. Got a lot of boxes to open but we're gonna probably hold it to five. Five boxes. All you background watchers are wanting to know what's going on in the back. Forest is so green. We almost have grass. I still have no driveway but we have big things happening tomorrow. You'll find out later. Meanwhile let's open some boxes. Let's see some stuff. Got some stuff for us to check out. So we are going smallest to largest. Five items. Let's get to it. In case you don't know Friday's Finds. Your typical Friday's Finds will have four to six products. About 20 minutes thereabouts. Sometimes I know. Sometimes I don't know what's in the box. It's usually something fun and interesting. I try not to be boring. Let's open the box. Comes to us from Walker Fit Global. Finally one that I can pronounce. They have sent us the Walker Fit M6 Ultra. It's a really nice packaging. This would make a fantastic gift. Oh that's heavy duty right there. It's like an old school diver's watch. Comes with a metal band but if you don't want metal we've got two different band tool and a rubber wrist band. Almost said rubber band. Rubber band band. We have an inductive charger. All right let me get it charged up and we shall explore. That and I got to read. I got I got to do some reading. Moving right along. We are moving right along. Next. Get that out of the way. Next. Varmintallis. I like working with their products and they have sent us a landscape light. I really like working with landscape lights. It's got a metal body. Probably aluminum. Cast aluminum. What do we know about it? Anything else to know about it? It's an RGB. We're gonna play have some fun playing with this in the dirt. All right. Meaning it has it makes multiple different colors. Red, green, blue. RGB. Okay. Moving right along. Next. So and they said we you like tools. We have some tools. This one was very interesting to me. This is a stainless steel cable tie gun tool set. I've never heard of that before. Well very nice packaging. Got the red bag. Got the gloves. These rarely ever fit my hands. I prefer leather ties. Stainless steel cable ties. We have flat ones. A cutting device I guess. Another cutting device. Cable fastening tool. So let me educate myself. Figure it all out. Show you how it works. I'll be back. Next. Let's lift this up a little bit. Number four. Number four comes to us from Korea. Korea. Gotta hide all of those packages. All of Amazon does not like to see those. I get penalized. Look at there. Look at there. We got handles. We got hardware. This one got me excited. Oh it's heavy. It is a power driven. It's not a power. It is a jack. A trailer jack. It can be operated by it with an impact driver. Be right back. It's rated 8,000 pounds. There's a lot of RVs that fall under that that weight rating. Oh yeah. I know exactly what I'm gonna do with this. Oh that's heavy. That's a heavy heavy jack. I have a trailer to put it on. Cut off a jack and put on a jack. I think that's a handy one to have right there. Let's open one more box. Last but not least. It's the biggest of the boxes. This is the Jaren's Jaren's tent stove. The Jaren's tent stove. Let's open this box. I know a guy that has a couple of tents that can accommodate a tent stove. Now we are coming up to tent camping season. Tent stove season. I like this so far. I haven't even gotten it out of the box. It's nice and heavy. Well built. Another tent stove but you have to roll up the flue to get it. Yeah it's cut my hands We're poking the fire. Stoking the fire. Real easy. It was just four screws and then you stack your flue pipe together. I'm six foot two. I have an I can reach eight feet into the air. So I have I have a tent that that will work extremely well in. So let me get her set up. And then tomorrow we'll check out a tent. I got a lot of homework. We'll see you tomorrow. So the LED hardscape light. The RGB that we were looking at. It actually is operated through the app. The smart life. You have a number of options available. You can go into different scenes. You can control the light itself. You can even sync it sync it to music. You can put it on a schedule with a timer. All of that inside of the app. I like the scenes setting. So here's having more of these down in the trees. Eventually, of course, I got I got I got construction stuff going back here first, but eventually we'll have up lights all through the forest here. That's going to be that's that's the plan. All right. We're moving right along. It's a bit overkill for my little 10 foot trailer, but you know, it is so much better than the one that I had on here in that I lifted I flipped the axles. I put the axles on the bottom of the springs. And so it raised the whole trailer and gave me more clearance. But that means it was riding like that. And that the well, I saw I had to raise the bumper. I had to raise the ball. So now I have to pick the trailer up to put it on the ball or I did now I don't. So if the trailer was loaded, I had to put blocks underneath and put blocks under the original jack to be able to lift it off, be able to lift it off the ball. Now I have enough spirit because this is also adjustable so I can raise this up and down very easily thanks to the included impact. So if you are if you put this on a travel trailer, that'll make getting level much easier. Yeah, I only wish they had not welded if they had not welded the jack on my big trailer, I'd be putting one of these on there. All right, we're moving right along. We got to go do some tying. Gotta go find something to tie. We're checking out the stainless steel cable tie fastening tool. This is I can see how you could this this could be beneficial if you're working with an exhaust system or any other place where your plastic zip ties are going to fail and they also are the plastic ones are subject to UV ray degradation. So after a couple of years if you've got them securing something outside one summer and they're falling apart, this puts or gives you a solution to that. We've got 15.8 inch, we have 11.8 inch and a 7.8 inch little cutter. You're going to want a little metal snipping tool because you can't cut them off like you would with a plastic zip tie according to our instructions. So tied to the object to be secured. Okay, like that. So it's kind of like a band clamp except you don't have the screw on it. And then this is a grab and pull tool. So we're gonna see if I can do it here so you can see. Oh, like that. Okay, that's simple enough. That is your adjusting tool. If you need to take it off, go around like so. Pull it up, get her nice and snug. Bring in our tool. We're gonna roll that around so that we can get to a little easier. We pull and when we have it as where we want it to be, we pull down on that and we're done. Genius! Oh my goodness, my goodness, that is so awesome. And if you ever have to work on that, you come over here. If you ever have to work on it, pick up a little screwdriver and it actually fits right inside there. And you pull pry up on it and it comes off. That is so awesome. I can see lots of uses for that. Way better than the plastic zip ties. This here is a winner winner. This is a winner winner. If you don't have one of these, you should get one. All right, moving right along. Put up the big top. My big modified bell tip. It has a roof jack. I do not have the proper neoprene, or not a neoprene, but it's a fireproof seal that goes on there. I don't have one of those. I need to get one. I do have the grill mat put down to keep sparks from burning a hole in the floor. You can actually, yeah, and I got a piece of wood down. So we'll be building a fire this evening. Certainly not right now because it's extremely warm in here. So we'll come back. We'll come back after dark, about dark. 571 degrees. Going up. I'm updating the watch face. I like this watch. It's heavy duty. I've been wearing it for 24 hours, almost 24 hours. There we go. I need to adjust the band. Still a little bit loose, but I like what it does. So we go in the app. I like this one better than the last one I worked with in that this one is not asking me, continuously asking me, are you exercising? Are you exercising? Because every time it would move, it would think that I was walking or something. So we have lots of data available to us, and you can go in the market here and choose your watch face. They have a lot of free ones. Large variety of watch faces. You can go in to the device itself, which is where we are, and you can update all of the settings. You can choose your activity. Got a lot of different activities to choose from, and you can plug those in. So in my case, I do a walk, and then I do some resistance with free weights. So I would pick walking. They have a lot of options. Curling even. Bungee jumping. Just being still and meditating. Interesting. Oh, I've got a speed dial right there. Indoor walk, indoor run, outdoor cycle. You can also communicate through the device. So you can answer the phone, read text messages, make phone calls, make a Bluetooth call. Yeah, it's a good device. I'm very happy with this.
