All right, so all the background watchers want to know what's going on. Well, the birds have come back, and they're taking all of my free food. It is a beautiful winter's day. Actually, yesterday was the days that started getting longer yesterday. Anyway, I've got a table full of boxes for us to open, and yeah, I guess we better get to it. Before we open these, I opened one, a big one, the other day, so let's go check that out, because you probably already saw it floating around in the background. Yeah, so go check out that. We'll open that box, and I will incorporate it in with all of these as well, but you're going to like the night. Garvey reached out to me with something. I can give you kind of what you need, but not all. Anyway, let's open. Let's open, and be careful. This is the Garvey PTG-338R Ride-On Car. It's going to be a little too small for dude Garvey to ride on, but I'm wondering, I'm wondering some things. Can we pull a trailer? There is some assembly required, so let me put it together, and then we'll see what we can do with it. This actually has a remote control, a radio control. Okay, well, this is going to be an interesting, in case you don't know, we do real estate. I don't do real estate, but Yappy, she does real estate, and has done real estate for a long time. Anyway, so when this was offered to me, I said, well, absolutely. I have lots of experience with these. It's called a feather. That is one heavy duty spike right there. The plastic is even more heavy duty. That's a club, right there. That's good. You need a heavy spike. We have our poles. That pole, it's singular, our pole. This slots into there. There you go. That is a fantastic way to get attention, and it's generically branded. I mean, it's patriotic color, so you can do that with any brokerage, no matter who you broker for. There you go. Even if you're not in the real estate business, if you're doing a for sale by owner, that's a good investment. Here we are on the assembly. The screws for your rear axle are actually already in place. These just slide onto the shaft, and then the wheels nut to the shaft, so the motor's not actually connected to the drive shaft. On the front, here's how that lays out. You've got your nuts that go there. There's a nut and a washer here that fits through. We are ready to flip it over. We need to open another box. One of those right there. In case you don't know, I got nerve stuff from my hands really bad. This is very intriguing to me because I have really bad nerve pain. The Simcom hand massager. Let's open it up and see what it'll do. I like the packaging. This would make a nice gift. I know lots of people that have hand pain that might appreciate a hand massage brick. There's a cord. There's an instruction manual. It's ambidextrous. It can go on either hand, right hand or left hand. Interesting. I'm going to need to get a charge on it. Let me get it charged up and educate myself, meaning I got to read some instructions and we'll see it doing massaging stuff. We're moving right along. You do need to put on the decals. Decals make it look real. We even have one for the wind. Next. Let's open a fun one. Fun for me anyway. Fun for me. They have found out that I like working in the dark. Actually, I like working with lights in the dark. They reached out and said, hey, could you be interested? I said, absolutely, of course. This is a full kit. Pathway light kit. Those are metal. You don't have to worry about them rotting away. Then we have easy connect. I like these. You don't have to wire them together. You just stick them. Anyway, I'll show you how that works. This is the ultimate lighting solution. Plenty of wire. Oh, these are cool. Yeah, I like that. So, let's put one together. I'm going to put together and then I got to find a place to show after dark how it looks. I got some assembly required. Meanwhile, we need to open another box, but I got to clear the table first. Next. One more box. This one. Yeah. We're going to have to go on location for this one. We're going to open it. We'll open the box here and then tomorrow I'm going on. Tomorrow I'm traveling anyway, so we'll be finishing this video somewhere else here at Tranquility Base. We're out in the middle of East Texas. I'm 12 miles from the nearest cell tower and there's a bit of a ridge between here and there, so I've worked with a number of cell boosters to no avail. But I do have a location where we're going to go and boost some cell signal tomorrow. Really, all this is going to do is amplify a signal. If there is no signal, you can't amplify it. It works with all of your main major carriers. There's an automatic gain control. There's no registration required. You've got four kits. You've got your cable. You've got your amplifier. That's a hefty piece of equipment right there. Power supply. In here, our directional. We'll mount that on a pole and point that at the cell tower and amplify the signal. We'll be doing that when I get back to the RV. So, you know how it rolls. I'll show you. We open the box one day and then I spend the next several days running around doing stuff. So, I'm going to spend some time running around doing some stuff. I got some assembly required stuff to do. I'll see you. Hey, let's go play with the car. These wire connectors are really neat. I like them because you don't have to strip your wires. Just thread that in there like that. Get it snug and then you loosen this one. So, now we're all connected. The transformer actually has a photo cell. You can set it for 24 hours. You can do auto or you can set it so that it comes on automatically and then times out after two to six hours. Let's plug it in and see what it looks like. Now we have a light. The lights themselves are adjustable. We can change. You can better see it after dark. This is an interesting sensation. Three different intensities or several different modes and then there's three levels of heat. It's basically just air bladders and it's kind of milking it for lack of a better word. It actually is very relaxing. It's kind of hard to explain what this is doing. It's pushing and inflating and working my hand up and down. You won't be doing any typing. Try it on the right hand. I like this. It's taking me a little bit to think about it and ponder upon it but I'm liking this. I think this is going to make a huge difference especially after I've been working on the computer editing videos. Now there's lots of precautions in here. One of those precautions is don't use it in the bathtub. Don't massage your hand in the bathtub. I like this. Let's go see some lights after dark. Three different speeds. Forward, reverse, parking brake. Not a real tight turning radius. So the effective range is about 100 feet. Stop way over there. This is not intended to be you know like an off-road vehicle. It's a kitty toy. My battery's dead. Nope, we still have plenty of battery. Brake is set. I'd say about 100 feet is maximum range. Which is plenty far if you got a toddler in that. All right, we're moving right along. We need to find a passenger. So we'll have to come back after dark to really see how this is going to look. I do find it inter-fascinating that we're cycling through the different shades. I like the way they look though. All right, we'll be back after dark. All right, looking good. I want to get to the... I want to set all these so that they're gray. So this is like my favorite setting. The lights will cycle through the different color levels. You can actually have it stable at one color. Or you can put it on this setting where they all flicker and shift. I like that. I like that a lot. These are really cool path lights. We got some really cool holiday lights going up there. We have moved. It's another day. And as you can see, I'm back at mom's. I'm on shift. I never get good cell signal here. My service is always horrible. I'm not new to the cell booster game. But I'm going to tell you, this is a game changer for me. I think I've had like five different cell boosters. And I always have one big issue, which is you never know. There's never been a screen or readout to tell me what I need to know. I was always having to rely on the cell phone itself. This one actually has graphs. It tells you everything that is happening. It shows you the different bands and whether or not they are good signals. And it will search on its own. And the amazing thing is, what is amazing for me, is that up until just now, so as you can see, it shows 5G at two bars. Rarely, rarely do we get any cell signal here. I know from past experience that there's a cell tower out there in that general vicinity of that house. Five bars of 5G. You cannot argue with the fact that we're getting five bars of 5G. I really like the fact that it tells me what we've got going on. If you travel to remote areas, you need one of these boosters. I like it. I like it a lot. We have come to the end of this edition of Friday's Finds. I really am very happy. I'm very happy with the cell signal, the cell booster. I'm very happy with my boosting cell signal. Nothing is better than five bars of 5G, unless it's a relaxed hand. Just have to be careful and not to hit yourself in the head with your massaging machine.
