As I was recovering from my leg injury I decided it was a PERFECT time to share this great type of TRAINING: BARRE, BALLET, PILATES inspired workouts are my favourite, because you can immediately feel the BURN 🔥 and your ❤️heart rate 🆙 without any additional HIGH INTENSITY moves, like burpees or jumping lunges.

This type of training is a SUPER EFFECTIVE way to maintain intensity while giving the joints a chance to RECOVER.

You really don’t need any equipment to be able to do a Barre workout. If you don’t have access to a bar, use a table, a chair, a wall - anything stable that you can use to help balance yourself.

► DURATION: 40 minutes
►TIMER: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium
► CALORIES BURNT: 280-350
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment/chair/anything to lean against
► DIFFICULTY: all levels
