Makes ~10 cookies:
Filling:
2 apples
20g sugar
1 tsp starch
1 tsp cinnamon

Dough:
70g butter
60g sugar
1 egg
~ 180g flour
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt and vanilla

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
