Team VFIT WITH VERA, so happy and excited to do the 20 Min Sweaty HIIT Workout - FULL BODY (No Equipment/ No Repeat) with you.
This routine is intermediate level, but is designed to tone you up and work through all the muscles as quickly as possible.
HIIT/CARDIO to get the blood pumping and warm up the entire body;
UPPER BODY/ARMS with a wide range of push-ups and other exercises that all target different areas of the upper body;
LEGS/GLUTES - the muscles of the lower body - particularly glutes, hamstring, and quadriceps - are nicely engaged in this routine.
ABS/OBLIQUES exercises are doable yet challenging. None of the moves are incredibly advanced, and you're always encouraged to do them at whatever pace you need to in order to be able to keep proper form.
