This is a full-body low-impact bodyweight Pilates workout that you can do at home bodyweight (imitating the moves or grabbing a few water bottles)!
These are very effective no jumping deep muscle toning exercises for the glutes, thighs, calves, core (abs and back) and arms. This session will give the total body metabolic boost with the best afterburn effect. All standing & all mat rounds with a dynamic cooldown & stretch at the end.
