Kickbox style sessions have a unique way of turning any workout into a real max calorie burn workout. This is a sweaty training type which focuses on cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, stress reduction, improved coordination and speed. Intervals of cardio kickboxing exercises are combined with upper body, core and leg exercises that target the abdominals, obliques and lower back.
! Remember that you will get out what you put into it, so make sure to push hard!
