100 g mozzarella cheese (blocks, not in brine), grated.
3 heaping tbsp (40 g) almond flour.
2 tsp baking powder.
salt to taste.
1 tbsp psyllium.
1 tbsp coconut flour.
1 tsp oregano.
mix all ingredients.
dough can be left for 5-10 minutes.
grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
sprinkle with sesame seeds.
leave the dough in the dish.
1¾ oz (50 g) mozzarella, cut into small cubes.
brush the top with egg.
sprinkle with sesame seeds.
30-40 min at 350 °F (180 °C).
