🍴 Recipe – Ingredients
**For Cajun Chicken Subs:**
- 1 lb buffalo-style shaved chicken breast
- 1 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
- 1 clove fresh garlic (shaved)
- ½ tsp Mrs. Dash blend
- Fresh cracked black pepper

**For Philly Cheesesteak:**
- 1 lb shaved beef steak (sirloin or ribeye works great)
- ½ clove garlic (minced/shaved)
- Dash of meat tenderizer
- Salt & pepper to taste

**Vegetables:**
- 1 green bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (washed & sliced thin)
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Optional: garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, black pepper

**Bread & Cheese:**
- Hoagie/sub rolls
- Smart Balance or butter for toasting
- Provolone cheese slices
- White American cheese slices

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate chicken – Toss shaved buffalo chicken with Creole seasoning, garlic, Mrs. Dash, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Prep beef – Mix shaved steak with garlic and a dash of meat tenderizer. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Prep veggies – Wash mushrooms thoroughly, slice thin. Julienne green peppers and slice onions into thin rings. Season with garlic, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash.
4. Toast bread – Lightly butter hoagie rolls and toast until golden.
5. Cook chicken – Heat oil, cook chicken until fully done, chop into smaller bites. Add veggies on the side, sauté until slightly tender. Assemble into hoagie rolls with provolone + American cheese.
6. Cook steak – In a hot skillet with oil, cook shaved beef, add onions, peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Chop as it cooks.
7. Assemble steak subs – Layer beef and veggies into hoagie rolls, top with provolone + American cheese.
8. Melt cheese – Place subs under broiler for a few minutes until cheese melts perfectly.
9. Serve – Hot, cheesy, flavorful subs better than takeout!
