🍂 This yogurt cinnamon cake made according to grandma's recipe is incredibly moist, fluffy and smells heavenly of autumn! Easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, it's guaranteed to be a success for everyone – perfect for the whole family or when guests suddenly show up. This quick cinnamon yogurt cake is a true classic that brings back childhood memories and fills the kitchen with its warm aroma.

Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
100 g sugar (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz).
100 ml sunflower oil (2/5 cup / 3.4 fl oz).
150 g yogurt (2/3 cup / 5.3 oz).
250 g flour (2 cups / 8.8 oz).
15 g baking powder (3 tsp / 0.5 oz).
2 tbsp sugar (25 g / 0.9 oz).
1 tsp cinnamon (3 g / 0.1 oz).

20 cm (8 inch) mold.
Bake in the oven at 175°C (347°F) for 35–40 minutes.
