Quick and Delicious Strawberry-Chocolate Cake prepared in minutes. I have never eaten such a delicious cake. You will be surprised at how simple and tasty a cake can be. Ingredients:

For the batter:
5 egg whites
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
5 egg yolks
120g (3/4 cup) flour
30g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
60ml (4 tbsp) boiling water
Baking pan 18x28 cm
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ℃ (356℉)

For the cream:
500g strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
50ml (1/5 cup) water
9g (2 tbsp) gelatin
60ml (4 tbsp) water
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
230g (1 cup) cream cheese
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours

For the chocolate layer:
150g dark chocolate
70g (1/3 cup) cream 33% fat
