How to make Mochi Donuts (aka Pon de Ring) 〜ポンデリング〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make Mochi Donuts, which is a famous donuts with the name of "Pon de ring" of a big chain called Mr. Donuts.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Ingredients for Mochi Donuts
Flour 100 g
Glutinous rice flour (Mochiko) 120 g
Baking powder 1 Tbsp (10 g)
Sugar 50 g
Silken Tofu (extra soft Tofu) 100 g
Yogurt 50 g
Egg 1

Icing/Sugar glaze
- Powder sugar 3 Tbsp
- Milk (or water) 2 Tsp
