INGREDIENTS:
Chiili Yogurt:
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Soaked & peeled Almonds 12
Green Chillies 4
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Make fine paste

Marination:
Chicken Thigh Boneless 1 kg
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Marinate for half an hour

Cooking:
Oil 1 cup
Finely chopped Onion 1 cup
Marinated Chicken
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Roasted Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp
Capsicum & Onion 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
