Ingredients
・Chicken thighs - 400 g
・Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
・Mirin - 2 tbsp
・Sake - 2 tbsp
・Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Tips / Notes
・Cook the chicken skin-side down first to give it a nice golden color
・Wipe off excess oil before adding the seasonings so the sauce coats the chicken well and the dish does not become too oily
