
Potato and spinach casserole, one of the most delicious casseroles and loved by everyone 🥔🥬
Ingredients
5 potatoes
500g spinach
2 Carrots
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
50ml oil
500ml milk
2 tablespoons salt (1 for the potatoes and 1 for the sauce)
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Nutmeg
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and boil for 5 minutes!!
Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water!!
In a pan, add oil and butter, melt, add garlic and carrot, fry for 3-4 minutes until the carrot is soft!! Add flour, fry for 2-3 minutes, then continue to add milk and spices, mix and place on medium heat, stirring constantly so that no lumps form!! Once the sauce thickens, add the spinach and mix and the sauce is ready!!
Grease the pan with oil, arrange the potatoes, the prepared sauce, the kaqkavall, and repeat the same process at the end, and place in a preheated oven at 200*C for 30 minutes!!
