150 g rice (rinse several times under water)
450 ml boiling water
1 teaspoon salts
400 g fresh mushrooms
A little vegetable oil
1 large onion
2 bell peppers
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon Sahara
2 tablespoons l. soy sauce
1 tablespoon l. rice or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon l. ketchup or tomato paste
A bunch of fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Rinse the rice and cook in boiling salted water for 12 minutes.
Chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add chopped onions, bell peppers and garlic to the mushrooms and fry lightly.
Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Mix thoroughly.
Simmer for a few minutes, add fresh parsley, salt and pepper.
