Desiccated Coconut 50g (½ cup)
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Butter 110g (½ cup)
3 Eggs
Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)

Jam/ Jelly 2-3 tablespoons

For the drip: Mix together
Powdered sugar ½ cup
Coconut milk 2-3 tablespoons

Toasted Desiccated coconut a handful

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 36x24x6 cm

Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 20-25 minutes
