🥩 450 g ground beef
🧅 1 onion (cut into half rings)
🥕 1 carrot (grated)
🥬 1/2 small cabbage (finely chopped)
🧂 Salt, black pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
🫒 olive oil

🍞 Dough:
🥛 5 tbsp sour cream
🥄 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
🍚 7 tbsp flour
🥚 2 eggs
🍬 1 hour l. sugar
🧂 1 hour l. Salts
⚖ 1 hour l. Baking powder

🔥 How to cook?
1️⃣ Fry onion, carrot and minced meat until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add cabbage, season with spices and simmer until soft.
3️⃣ Prepare the dough: Mix all ingredients until smooth.
4️⃣ Spread the filling in a greased baking dish and pour in the batter.
5️⃣ Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 40–45 minutes.
