外國人喜歡新加坡工作嗎，外國人在新加坡工作，如何看待新加坡生活方式

路牌啊,凡是英文的就很難分辨 感覺走到哪裏它都是相同的 OK,no,here it is really good,I mean the infrastructure is good The primary thing is the pay is good So,compared to India the pay is definitely good And one more thing what I like is India is very much nearby I can go to India weekends anytime I want So it's very much easy to go around and come out Huiduiba 我其實也是其中一個主要原因 Maybe because I've studied here So might as well just pursue my work life here as well Because I think it's going to be very difficult Especially that we came from a different country This is already the overseas country that we are already staying at So yeah,might as well just work For me personally is I've already migrated to Singapore Actually right now I'm a Singapore citizen No,I didn't come to work in Singapore My husband was in Singapore working earlier Then I got married to him Then I came to Singapore 那你本身喜歡在新加坡工作嗎? 喜歡,挺喜歡的 那你喜歡的一些有什麼原因 這邊一個天氣好 一個治安好 然後現在的匯率比較高了 I like Thailand working life Thailand personal life is very slow life But in Singapore is like a robot Because I have so much working time 8 to 5 And then we need to work OT Because of the rushing work It's quite ok Because all my colleagues from Philippines Chinese, Malaysians They all mingle with each other They help team Then they all ok Very smiley faces Everyday say hi, hi No complications, nothing Is everything ok for me The nature of work is also good The work pressure is not too high I'm getting the kind of a job which I want to do The development primarily So it's all good for now So far so good So any point you don't like Working in Singapore No no no I definitely like very much to work in Singapore Because I worked before in Australia also And in some other countries also The good thing about Singapore is We have a lot of Indian restaurants as well here The pros is that If I work here The salary is even better Compared to my home country That's like the motivation that I have right now In career wise I can really upgrade more here There's a lot of things that I can learn from Because now my kids are all born here Yeah I would like to work in Singapore Because in Singapore It's multiracial Like Chinese, Malay, Indian, Eurasian and all So you get to know more about culture Singapore is indeed the safest country In the world I'll say Recently I went to UK, London My brothers are there So my brother always ask me to put the phone here Because somebody will snatch you But here you come late at night Or you hold your phone No one is going to snatch your phone I've also felt from the bottom of my heart That my children should stay in Singapore Because it's the safest place And for girls actually it's the best Like in India things are not good I don't want to say anything about it It's something like Here like to be honest Molestation is also a crime If guys do something wrong They are kept behind bars and all But in India we are not that fortunate Like after 6 o'clock, 7 o'clock I wasn't allowed to go out I remember long time back I'm already 50 plus Any different like working in Singapore And in your own country Any working difference There is lot of difference Actually I cannot say that But I will say Compared to India you can get more respect Especially nurses Whoever working in other country You can expect more respect More salary compared to India Only comparing India Not other countries I understood that You can feel more secure and safe More friends you can make So many advantages You can buy whatever you want You just work hard Compared to Singapore Like the work pace, work culture Is it like fast or slow Very good work culture It's not like very fast It's not slow In India we have only 6 hours work But compared to in Singapore We have 8 to 9 hours work So in India 6 hours there is no break But in Singapore they will give us 1 hour break Remaining 8 hours we should work Definitely the Singapore environment Very good compared to any other country According to me only Obviously everyone has a bit stress at workplace But it's ok for me 在新加坡工作 她的工作時間基本上是固定 在中國工作時間 她有時候不會固定 而且薪水的話 沒有新加坡這樣高了 新加坡這邊的福利 要比中國一般的要好一點 在中國她是給你交五險一金的 是跟新加坡這個 十三星花紅 它是完全不一樣的 因爲我沒有在新加坡長大 我只知道 在錢方面 在新加坡薪水比較低 費用比較高 但薪水比較低 但在新加坡至少 你還可以賺到 在哪裏工作 在哪裏兼職 你還可以賺到錢 但在菲律賓是很困難的 爲什麼是菲律賓 我覺得可能是 薪水不夠 如果你有很好的職業 就算你畢業了 也許薪水不夠 比起來新加坡 所以很多菲律賓 會想來國外 找更多的機會 中國尤其是 那些辦公員 他們比新加坡 所以在工作平衡方面 他們說新加坡比較好 這裏的步伐節奏方面 會不會有適應不來的問題 變反而更輕鬆 在中國沒有那種輕鬆 在中國 因爲我之前在深圳 然後有時候坐 坐到晚上九點多鐘 新加坡比新加坡更好 住在那裏 在新加坡 費用比較實惠 還有那些 但是清潔性 新加坡比較好 安全性 新加坡比較好 你們在新加坡工作 學到了什麼 可能因爲多元性 你必須瞭解 不同的人 和他們的不同方式 我認爲他們有自己的 說話方式 和他們的行爲 有時候你必須 學習和了解 他們的行爲 這樣你才能 更好地 和他們溝通和合作 這就是我學到的 我們工作的時候 我們對病人 有更多的責任 同時我們也有 互相的期望 其實有很多 你有在新加坡工作 這裏 你遇到的最大的挑戰是什麼 最大的挑戰就是 很多地方的路牌 全是英文的 剛開始來就很 很難分辨 感覺走到哪裏 它都是相同的 但是時間久了 慢慢就習慣了 也熟悉路線了 就好一點了 來到這邊 我跟你講 就要認真踏實地工作 要能夠有 吃苦的能力 要有苦力 不可以說是 抱着試一試 玩一玩的心態 是不可以的 明白 來到這邊 必須就是認真工作 你才能夠得到你的回報 是的 確實是 一開始會需要時間 開始任何事情 都需要時間 例如 在幼兒園 要認識A到Z 然後試試讀 也是很挑戰的 所以 工作人員也一樣 但是 你必須 適應他們的國家 如果 你的選擇 是來到新加坡工作 我們必須 與社會交流 而不是 問他們做什麼 讓我們更正面 如果有人說 這不是好事 讓我們 謝謝 你同意他們的說法嗎 覺得不錯 請點贊訂閱
