- 5 eggs
- 400g Diced tomatoes
- 30g Tomato paste
- 1 Medium onion, diced~ 120g
- 1 Medium red bell pepper ~ 80g Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Chili powder
- 1 Tsp Chili flakes (optional)
- 1.5 Tsp Sugar (~8g)
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley/cilantro for garnish
