These delicious Japanese croquettes perfectly combine potato and ground meat. Korokke (aka Potato Croquettes) is one of the popular Japanese home-cooking dishes. It's crunchy outside, fluffy, and a little bit sweet inside. Have it with tonkatsu sauce (sweet Worcestershire sauce). If you love potatoes, this quick and easy recipe is for you! Don't go to McDonald's anymore, let's make crunchy potatoes at home!

🌱 Ingredients - For 8 pieces Korokke:
- 3 Potatoes - 460g
- Ground meat – 120g
- ½ Medium onion – 80g Mined onion
- 10g Unsalted butter 
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs 
- 4-5 Tbsp flour 
- Salt, black pepper
- Cooking oil
- Shredded green cabbage, to serve
- Tonkatsu sauce: 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce + 2 Tbsp Ketchup + 1Tsp sugar
