- Chicken thighs – 5pcs
- Onion - 1 pc (~140g)
- Potatoes - 4-5 pcs (~550g)
- Carrot - 2 pcs (~200g)
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- Unsalted butter - 30 g
- Cooking oil for frying
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- Herbs you love - Coriander/Parsley

● Sauce ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Chili Sauce ~ 35g
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard ~ 8g
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce ~ 30 ml
- 3 Tbsp Honey ~ 50 ml
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice ~ 15ml
