Hi all! In this video, I present an easy, quick, and tasty eggplant recipe! Eggplant beef with cheese is a simple and beautiful dish. Everyone loves these eggplants! This recipe is lean and not fried. You only need a few simple ingredients and a little time to prepare this delight! You just need to roast eggplant and ground beef in the oven. So easy. - 2 Eggplant
- 300g Ground beef
- 1/2 Medium onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mini bell pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- 40-50ml Olive oil
- 120g Cheese
- 15-20g Parmesan cheese
- 40g Tomato puree
- 1.5 Teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 Teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
- Oregano
- Parsley
