
BEGINNER LEG WORKOUT | STEP BY STEP
Hello!
In this video, we will be doing a beginner-friendly leg workout that can be done right at home with just a kettle bell or dumbbell (feel free to use no weight at all if that's more comfortable for you as well)!
WORKOUT:
1) Sumo Squats | 3x20
2) Static Lunges | 3x20/leg
3) Static Lateral Lunges | 3x12/side
4) Glute Bridges | 3x20
*60 second rests between every set and each exercise
