
30 MINUTE KILLER BOOTY WORKOUT | STEP BY STEP
ISSA BOOTY WORKOUT, BBS.
In this video, we’ll be doing a step-by-step booty workout in real time! You can follow along with me throughout this whole video for the entire duration of the workout.
This workout is perfect for those of you who have been going to the gym for some time now and are ready to take things to the next level!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to film the glute activation exercises for this video, but if you’re interested in adding them in before the workout for increased mind-to-muscle connection with your glutes, I’ll write down a quick glute activation routine down below that you can do before the workout!

Glute Activation Routine:
(Add a resistance band right above your knees for increased intensity)
1) Fire Hydrants | 12 reps/leg
2) Donkey Kicks | 12 reps/leg
3) Glute Bridges | 12 full reps + 12 pulses
Rest for 1-2 minutes & repeat 1-3 back to back for a total of 3-4x.
BOOTY WORKOUT:
1) a. Hip Thrusts | 12 reps
b. Reverse Hypers | 12 reps
c. Rest for 60 seconds
Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
2) Cable Step Ups | 4x12/leg
3) Smith Machine Curtsy Squats | 4x12/leg
7) Bulgarian Split Squats Pyramid Set:
a. 12 reps/leg at a lighter weight/bodyweight
b. Increase the weight and do 9 reps/leg
c. Increase the weight again and do 6 reps/leg
d. Rest for 90 seconds.
Repeat a-d for a total of 3x.
