In this video we'll be doing Day One of Week One of my A Level Up Workout Guide which will consist of a 30-minute total lower body workout. All you'll need are some dumbbells and a small/mini resistance band.

A LEVEL UP WEEK ONE DAY ONE TOTAL LOWER BODY DAY:

1) a. Goblet Squats | 10 reps
b. Stationary Lunges | 10 reps/leg
c. Rest for 1 minute.
Repeat 1-c for a total of 4x.
2) a. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts | 12 reps
b. Single-Leg Hip Thrusts | 10 reps/leg
c. Rest for 1 minute.
Repeat 1-c for a total of 4x.
3) a. Resistance Band Lateral Steps | 12 reps/leg
b. Jump Squats | 12 reps
c. Rest for 1 minute.
Repeat 1-c for a total of 4x.
