Today, we'll be doing a 20-minute dumbbell-only full body workout that you can do right from home!

DB-ONLY FULL BODY WORKOUT AT HOME:
1) Goblet Squats Pyramid Set: 12, 9, 6 reps
2) Floor Press: 12 reps w/ a 3-second eccentric
3) Skull Crushers: 12 reps
4) Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 12 reps/arm
5) Static-Hold Dumbbell Curls: 12 reps/arm
Perform exercises 1-5 back to back.
Rest for 2 minutes (longer/shorter as needed).
Repeat the circuit for a total of 3x.
