Hello, my babes!

Today, I'll be doing a full day of eating video where I show you exactly what I eat in a day!
Please keep in mind that there is no right/wrong way to go about fulfilling your nutrition as long as it fits your needs and goals! Always do what works best for you and what you enjoy.

I did end up being a little busier today than I normally am, so I had to adjust my meals/snacks accordingly. If you'd like to see more videos like this to get a better idea of what I eat on a weekly basis, let me know!

BREAKFAST:
Egg Scramble: 1:38
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1/3 C Egg Whites
- Chopped Bell Peppers & Jalapenos
- 2 Slices of Ham
- 1 Sausage Patty
- Black Pepper to taste
- Sriracha (optional)

LUNCH:
Boiled Chicken: 4:09
- Boil water with 1 stalk of lemon grass & salt
- Add 1 whole chicken
- Boil for 45-60 minutes
- Remove chicken from broth, salt & pepper to taste

Pepper: 5:40
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 1 Bunch of Green Onion
- Thai Chili Peppers
- Tomatoes

- 1 TB Sugar
- 1 TB Salt
- 1 TB Tamarind Soup Mix: https://amzn.to/3nrCZqu
- 2 TB Fish Sauce
- 1/2-1 Lime Juice

DINNER:
Margherita Pizza: 8:20
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
1) Brush Pita Bread with Olive Oil & Garlic.
2) Bake for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
3) Remove Pita Bread from oven & spread 1TB of Pizza Sauce on bread.
4) Place Basil on top of pita.
5) Place 2oz of cooked 93% Lean Ground Beef on pita.
6) Place Pepperoni on pita.
7) Place 3oz of Cheese on bread.
8) Sprinkle pizza with Balsamic Vinegar.
9) Bake pizza for 4-5 minutes.
10 ) Add Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.

Side Salad: 14:11
- Salad Mix
- Strawberries
- Cucumbers
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Croutons
- Feta Cheese
- 1 TB Salad Dressing
