Here’s what I ate today:
• Before breakfast: Apple cider vinegar
• Breakfast: My simple 2-ingredient pancakes — quick, grounding, and easy to digest
• Lunch / post-workout: Sweet potato toast slices topped with Greek yogurt and smoked salmon
• Snack: Greek yogurt cheesecake — I walked a lot today and needed the extra fuel
• Dinner: Homemade chicken soup — warm, nourishing, and perfect for recovery

Some days I eat more, some days I eat less — and both are okay. This is what eating in a balanced, intuitive, and supportive way actually looks like in real life.
