Please keep in mind that this warm-up routine is customized to me and my needs--please feel free to add whatever other exercises you typically like to do to cater your routine to your goals.

a. Internal & External Shoulder Rotations | 12 reps 1:05
b. Arm Circles | 12 reps/arm going both forwards & backwards 1:20
c. Shoulder Presses | 12 reps 1:39
d. Shoulder Pass Throughs/Shoulder Dislocations | 12 reps 1:55
Repeat a-d for a total of 2 rounds.
