ぐっと朝晩が寒くなりました。
そんな朝は体の温まるスープを飲んで1日をスタート。
その日ある野菜を見て、ベースを決めて煮込むだけの朝食の簡単スープ。
そして、夜はちょっと早めの晩御飯にして、和食4品を作り楽しみしていた日本酒を開けました。
大好きな夫婦で作陶されている陶芸家さんの器を使って、ほっと心休まる食卓にしました。

The mornings and evenings have become much colder.
On such mornings, I start the day with a bowl of soup to warm me up.
This simple breakfast soup is made by looking at the vegetables available that day, deciding on a base, and simmering it.
And in the evening, I made an early dinner of four Japanese dishes and opened a bottle of sake, which I was looking forward to.
We used tableware made by a couple of our favorite potters to create a relaxing and comforting dining experience.
