今日は自分の為に、気分の上がる好きなお料理とビールで晩御飯にしました。
美味しいものって気分を上げてくれたり、幸せな気持ちにさせてくれますよね。

It has gotten much colder and colder...I hope everyone does not catch a cold.
Today I made dinner for myself with my favorite dishes that lift my spirits and beer.
Good food lifts our spirits and makes us happy, doesn't it?
I was reminded once again that cooking is amazing.
I don't feel good! I would be happy if you could use my cooking as a reference for those days.
