魚が好きな我が家ですが、今が旬の秋刀魚を朝食、夕食とそれぞれアレンジしていただきました。
旬の食材で丁寧に作る和食、そして夜ご飯はビール片手に和食中心の食事に。

This is the second installment of a Japanese breakfast for two, which was very well received last time.
As we are fish lovers, we arranged the seasonally available autumn saury fish for breakfast and dinner, respectively.
We carefully prepare Japanese dishes with seasonal ingredients, and for dinner, we have a Japanese-centric meal with beer in hand.
Please take a look at our casual daily life.

*Grilled salt saury fish → Ran Horihata / 5.5” high plate with stains of peony and blue-green
*Pumpkin simmered in minced chicken broth → Shinpei Mawatari / 4.5” high stand dish
