そんな平日の1人ランチ。
夜ご飯のおかず2品を作り置き、そこに麺を作ってランチにしました。

On a hot day, cold noodles are easy to eat and delicious.
Such is my lunch by myself on a weekday.
I made two side dishes for dinner and made noodles with them for lunch.
