How to make Vegan Matcha Tiramisu (nobake dessert) 〜抹茶ティラミス〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe
In this video, I am showing how to make Vegan Matcha Tiramisu. With this recipe, you can also make vegan Tiramisu or with regular Tiramisu recipe, Matcha Tiramisu.

Ingredients for Vegan Matcha Tiramisu
Vegan cream filling:
- Silken Tofu 300 g
- Coconut milk (solid part) 200 g
- Peanut butter (unsweetend) 40-50 g
- Sugar 2-3 Tbsp
- Salt a pinch
Vegan cookies or ladyfinger biscuit
Matcha 1 Tbsp
Water (hot) 100 g
Matcha (to sprinkle) 2-3 Tsp
