Teach you step by step how to make Natural Colours Angku Kueh. Use the simplest recipe to make soft and glutinous sweet potato Angku Kueh, filled with mung bean paste filling that is not too sweet. Ingredients 食材:
➡️Filling 馅料
250g Skinned mung beans 250克 绿豆仁
130g Caster sugar 130克 细砂糖
2 tbsp Corn oil 2汤匙 玉米油
Pinch of salt 少许盐

➡️ Angku Kueh Skin 红龟糕皮
300g Glutinous rice flour 300克 糯米粉
30g Caster sugar 30克 细砂糖
250ml Water 250毫升 清水
3 tbsp Corn oil 3汤匙 玉米油 (45g)
100g Orange sweet potato 100克 橙薯
100g Purple sweet potato 100克 紫薯

➡️Tool 制作工具
Angku Kuih Mold 红龟糕模具 (6cm x 7.5cm)
Banana leaves 香蕉叶 26pcs

📌Remarks 备注:
Angku Kuih Skin balls 红龟糕皮 30g
Filling balls 馅料 20g
