Ingredients/材料:
土豆 300g 300g Potatoes
洋葱 80g 80g Onion
西芹 35g Celery 35g
胡萝卜 80g 80g carrot
香菇或口蘑 2朵 2 Shiitake or mushrooms
生腰果 ½杯(65g) Raw cashew ½ cup (65g)
水 1L Water 1L
腰果奶油 一杯(250ml A cup of cashew cream (250ml)
番茄罐头 400g(一罐)Canned tomatoes 400g (one can)
香菜 适量 Coriander to taste

调味料/seasoning:
生抽 一大匙 A tablespoon of light soy sauce
茴香粉 ½小匙 Fennel seed powder ½ tsp
月桂叶 一片 Bay leaf one piece
浓缩番茄膏 一小匙(可选) A teaspoon of tomato paste (optional)
干迷迭香 ¼小匙(不喜欢可不加)Dried rosemary ¼ tsp (optional)
白胡椒粉 ½小匙 White pepper ½ tsp
生姜 5g Ginger 5g
盐 适量 Salt to taste
