Egg 3 at room temperature
Vanilla powder 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Sugar 120 gm - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Yogurt 125 gm - 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 100 ml - 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 60 ml - 1/4 cup
Lemon zest
All purpose flour 180 gm - 1 cup + 1/2 cup
Baking powder 15 gm - 3 tsp
Grease the pan size 20 cm with butter
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes
