Rice contains high calories. In this episode, I will try to replace rice with potatoes, sweet potatoes, an pumpkin. It's not only very healthy, but also delicious!
对于减脂的人来说白米饭就属于热量比较高的碳水了,试着把米饭换成红薯、土豆、南瓜这种粗粮吧,不仅美味又大大的降低了热量!

Ingredients/材料:

无米寿司/Riceless Sushi:
紫薯 300g Purple Yam
南瓜 300g Pumpkin
土豆 300g potatoes

其他食材/Other Ingredients:
俄式酸黄瓜 、黄瓜 、甜椒 、生菜
Pickles, cucumber, bell peppers, lettuce
素火腿、印尼天贝、老豆腐、秋葵、胡萝卜
vegan ham, tempeh, firm tofu, okra, carrot

天贝调味料/Seasonings for Tempeh:
生抽一大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
红糖一大匙 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
水4大匙 4 Tbsp Water

豆腐调味料/Seasoning For Tofu :
营养酵母 一大匙 1Tbsp Nutritional yeast
黑盐 适量 Black Salt
姜黄粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Turmeric

其它调味料/Other Seasonings:
黑胡椒和盐 Black Peppers and Salt
素美乃滋(可不加)Vegan Mayo(Optional)
