食材/Ingredients：
珍珠米 2杯 2 Cups Short-grain Rice
糯米 1/8杯 1/8 Cup Glutinous Rice
菠菜 1把 1 Handful Spinach
胡萝卜 1条 1 Carrot
老豆腐 半块 Half Firm Tofu
杏鲍菇 1根（180g）1 King Oyster Mushroom (180g)
菠萝或凤梨 1/4个 1/4 Pineapple

杏鲍菇腌料/Marinade For King Oyster Mushroom：
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香菇蚝油 1小匙 1 Tsp Mushroom Oyster Sauce
盐 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Salt
赤砂糖 1小匙 1 Tsp Brown Sugar

豆腐调料/Tofu Seasoning：
姜黄粉1/8小匙 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
盐 和黑胡椒 少量 A Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
香油、盐、熟芝麻 Sesame Oil, Salt, Cooked Sesame

黄瓜寿司/Cucumber Sushi：
黄瓜 2根 2 Cucumbers
核桃 6个 6 Walnuts
纳豆 1盒 1 Box of Nattō
胡萝卜 120g Carrot
珍珠米2杯 2 Cups Short-grain Rice
江米 ½杯 ½ cup Glutinous Rice

调味料/Seasoning：
寿司醋 适量 Sushi Vinegar
青芥末 适量 Wasabi
生抽 一大匙 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
清水 一大匙 1 Tbsp Water
海盐 适量 Sea Salt

无米寿司/Riceless Sushi：
紫薯 300g Purple Potato
南瓜 300g Pumpkin
土豆 300g Potatoes
其他食材/Other Ingredients：
俄式酸黄瓜 、黄瓜 、甜椒 、生菜 Pickles , Cucumbers , Bell Peppers , Lettuce
素火腿、印尼天贝、老豆腐、秋葵、胡萝卜 Vegetarian Ham, Indonesian Tempeh, Firm Tofu, Okra, Carrot

天贝调味料/Tempeh Seasoning：
生抽一大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
红糖一大匙 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
水4大匙 4 Tbsp Water

调味料/Seasoning：
营养酵母 一大匙 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
黑盐 适量 Black Salt
姜黄粉 ½小匙 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
黑胡椒和盐 Black Pepper and Salt
素美乃滋 Vegetarian Mayonnaise

食材/Ingredients：
大米 两杯 2 Cups Rice
茭白 Zizania latifolia
胡萝卜 Carrot
黄瓜 Cucumber
熟芝麻 Cooked Sesame
香油 Sesame Oil
海苔 4张 4 Sheets Seaweed

鹰嘴豆酱/Chickpea Sauce：
鹰嘴豆 半杯 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
芝麻酱 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Sesame Sauce
辣椒粉 一小匙 1 Tsp Peprika
酱油 一小匙 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
水 80ml Water
海盐 适量 Sea Salt

寿司醋/Sushi Vinegar：
糙米醋 ½杯（125ml）½ cup (125ml) Brown Rice Vinegar
赤砂糖 ¼杯 （约50g）¼ cup Brown Sugar (about 50g)
海盐 两小匙 2 Tsp Sea Salt
（所有材料混合静置数小时即可）(Mix all ingredients and leave them aside for a few hours)
