要討論雨花閣結構所含的密宗教義，必須先要知道漢傳佛教的「四聖諦」。雨花閣之中的密宗就是以「四聖諦」之中的〝滅〞再加以闡述為〝智行〞、〝德行〞、〝瑜珈〞、〝無上瑜珈〞四個境界，也就是雨花閣一至四樓所要表達的意義。

雨花閣的第一層叫做「智行層」，這裡的眾神叫做〝事部〞，這個〝事〞就有從事學習的意思。雨花閣的第二層叫做「德行層」，這裡的眾神叫做〝行部〞，就有知道善之後要去做的意思。雨花閣的第三層叫做「瑜珈層」，這裡有光明普照、不受見知的限制、一切逍遙自在的意境。雨花閣的第四層叫做「無上瑜珈層」，裡面的「大威德金剛」有去除負面情緒的作用，「密集金剛」是代表圓滿，「勝樂金剛」是代表滿足。這三個神就是密宗的〝雙身佛〞稱〝歡喜佛〞，其實從名字就知道它的意思是：「見世間萬事萬物無不歡喜」。

所以用雨花閣的結構所含的佛理，就是用〝智行〞的飽滿的精神，和〝德行〞的善良天性，這雨種〝滅〞的力量，來富足我們的思想，一個人的精神富足飽滿，因此來消除因為〝集〞而來的〝苦〞。

The fourth level of Yuhua Pavilion is called the "Supreme Yoga Level". The "Vajra of Yamantaka" inside has the effect of removing negative emotions. These three gods are the "Twin Buddhas" of Tantric Buddhism, also known as the "Happy Buddha". In fact, we know from the name that it means: "Seeing everything in the world, everyone is happy."

Therefore, using the Buddhist principles contained in the structure of Yuhua Pavilion is to use the full spirit of "wisdom and conduct" and the good nature of "virtue", the power of "destruction" of rain seeds, to enrich our thoughts and a person's spirit We are rich and full, so we can eliminate the "suffering" caused by "collection".
