Winter is the season of hot pot. Not only is it warm but also you can eat all kinds of vegetables at once. What I’m going to make today is the sour soup hot pot with Guizhou characteristics.
冬天自然是少不了火锅的季节,不仅温暖还能吃到各种蔬菜,今天要做的还是一款贵州特色的酸汤火锅,会用到番时番切块番茄,番茄选自新疆的新鲜番茄,零添加,特别适合做火锅,我会搭配到贵州特色酸汤,味道真的太赞了,酸辣鲜美一定要试试。

Ingredients/材料:
切块番茄 420g Canned Tomatoes
贵州凯里酸汤 70g Kaili Sour Soup Base (This is a fermented sauce made with Tomatoes and Chili)
木姜子油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Litsea Oil
五香粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Five Spiced Powder
竹盐 1小匙 1 Tsp Bamboo Salt
素蚝油 2小匙 2 Tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
松茸粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Matsutake Powder
生姜 几片 A Few Slices of Ginger
清水 1L Water

蘸水/Dipping Sauce:
芝麻酱 1大匙 1Tbsp Sesame Sauce
芝麻油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
生抽 2小匙 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sugar
小米辣 1个 One Tabasco Pepper
香菜 适量 Coriander to Your Taste
