今天就是元宵节了,自然是要吃汤圆的啦,吃腻了黑芝麻汤圆那就试试这款银耳紫薯汤圆吧!配上紫薯汤圆入口软糯细腻,清新不腻,满满幸福感。
Ingredients/材料:
紫薯 100g Purple Potato
糯米粉 150g Glutinous Rice Flour
80度水 135-140g Hot Water (Approx. 80 Celsius/176Fahrenheit)
免泡银耳 2g Snow Ear
冰糖适量 Rock Sugar
红枣 1个 Jujube
枸杞 1大匙 1 Tbsp Goji Berry
馅料/Filling:
花生酱 4大匙 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
烘焙花生 60g Roasted Peanut
烘焙核桃仁 30g Roasted Walnuts
枫糖浆 70g Maple Syrup
海盐 1小撮 1 Pinch of Salt
