U.S. invests $300 million to develop unmanned aerial fleet

Recently, Bloomberg reported that the Pentagon has submitted a classified request to the U.S. Congress to approve $300 million in initial funding for unmanned aerial projects. The development and acquisition of unmanned aerial vehicles aim to deploy thousands of these devices by August 2025 to enhance the capability to counter China.
