Chun Shui Tang's Kung Fu noodles are perhaps, quite likely, the very best "dry noodles" I've had in Taiwan. And I've eaten a fair few bowls of noodles during my time here. On this particular evening, I consumed two bowls of Kung Fu noodles, and then another bowl of another type of noodle (which was not superior to the Kung Fu dish).
The Tie Guan Yin milk tea was rich with a strong roasted aroma, perfectly balanced with fresh milk. Highly recommended. Word has it the osmanthus buckwheat pearl tea my mother-in-law ordered was pretty decent too.
