Word has it: Taiwan’s land has energy levels that beat even world-famous Sedona, Arizona, according to Jaap Van Etten, a Dutch bioscientist. In his global search, Jaap “accidentally” found Taiwan sitting at the top of the energy charts—especially Nangang Park, which apparently holds a next-level vibe. His probes confirmed that several Taipei parks have high energy fields, but Nangang tops them all! 
(With that being said, he couldn't have visited every single park in Taiwan, let alone Taipei. But interesting nonetheless!)

Apparently, just an hour in Nangang Park (just sitting or walking around anywhere) does more for your spirit than a whole day of forest bathing. It’s like plugging into the Earth’s power grid. Even Feng Shui masters were blown away when their compasses went wild, (once again, apparently).

In this video, we didn't delve too much into the energy aspect of the park (I did so in a few previous "Shorts" videos, which were only in Chinese), so I thought I'd give the low down in the description section here for our English-speaking audience. 

It's a great park for wandering about and taking in the green scenery. 
So... grab your chihuahua, bring along the mother-in-law, and soak up that rare healing energy!
