
「素食」冬日里的一锅热汤,暖心一人食 :味噌白菜豆腐锅 |【Vegan】White Miso Napa Cabbage & Tofu Stew
入冬了又到了白菜鲜美的季节,最近特别爱这个无水豆腐煲,利用白菜本身的水分煮豆腐煲真的特别鲜美,比加水好吃太多,吃完暖呼呼的特别棒!
Ingredients(Per 1 Portion)/材料(1 人份):
白菜 250g Napa Cabbage
老豆腐 150g Firm Tofu
小米辣 1 个 One Tabasco Pepper
香菜 适量 Coriander
生姜 6 片 Six Slices of Ginger
调味料/Seasonings:
白味噌 1 大勺 1 Tbsp White Miso
生抽 1 大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Saoce
赤砂糖 1/4 小勺 1/4 Tsp Brown Sugar
姜黄粉 1/2 小勺 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
香油 1 小勺 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐巴 适量 Salt
Tips:
Napa cabbage will shrink a lot after cooking, so add large amount of napa cabbage when cooking the dish. Simmer it slowly over low heat.
白菜要稍微多放点,这样才能出更多水,别怕多,煮好后会缩水,炖的时候要小火慢慢炖
