This air fryer roosted vegetables is a very good choice if you are just like me who don't want to turn on the stove to cook. All the vegetables can be prepared in one round. I used tempeh to add the protein to this veggies roast. Tempeh is very rich in protein, and it is also very delicious after roasted.

土豆、贝贝瓜、手指胡萝卜、玉米、天贝、西蓝花、芦笋、口蘑
Potatoes, Kabocha, Finger Carrots, Corn, Tempeh, Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushroom
调味料/Seasonings:
盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油
Salt, Blackpepper, Olive Oil
天贝腌料/Seasonings for Tempeh:
盐、生抽、素蚝油、枫糖浆、橄榄油、烟熏辣椒粉
Salt, Soy sauce, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Smoked Paprika
