和朋友去一家云南餐厅吃到了一份香烤猪蹄,至今口齿留香回味无穷,特别的好吃。那我们就一起来挑战一下吧!

去腥三件套:葱、姜、料酒

卤料:
花椒粒 1勺
草果 1个
八角 3粒
香叶 3片
姜 1块
葱 2根
蒜瓣 6粒
丁香 3粒
桂皮 1根(或肉桂1茶匙)
干辣椒 1勺
冰糖 1勺
料酒 2勺
生抽 2勺
老抽 2勺
蚝油 2勺
水 1000毫升

烧烤配料:
辣椒粉 2茶匙,黑胡椒粉 1茶匙,芝麻 2茶匙

制作步骤:
1. 先将猪蹄切块,用洗清、浸泡、焯水三个方法去血水腥味
2. 1000毫升的水中加入所有卤料烧开后,在加入猪蹄块,小火炖煮1个半小时
3. 烧烤配料调匀,撒在猪蹄块的表面,
4. 400ºF烤15分钟后,取出可食
